Sorry to be negative, but:

You might get $5 for L5U.net and maybe a little more for freeforumtemplates if you're lucky.

NE1.us i'm not sure about as I don't trade in .us names.
Ordinarily I'd say it's worth next to nothing, but i think NE1 is text speak for "anyone", so it might be worth something.

The rest: take whatever you can get for them :imho:

NE1.us is pretty hot as far as google goes...almost 4 million returns. As a .us, I'd bet you might get $30-$50 for it.

L5U.net doesn't seem very popular...$15 - $30.
