MouthCancer.info is a good name - but as with all .info names (IMO), development is key. It's very hard to sell .info names - but you can set up an informational mouth cancer site and SEO it - you can get it to rank fairly high in search engines, get some traffic, then ad income. It's doable.
I've developed a couple of nice .info names as minisites (just one short article!), and had them on page 1 in google within a couple of months. They earn their keep and then some, so it costs me nothing to hold on to them and wait for the buyer.

Other names - $0. I wouldn't have regged the others, and mouthcancer.info only if I had intention to develop.
