Feedback Score question

I have 5 positive feedbacks received, but my feedback score shows 4. Am i missing something?

Feedback Score: 4
Positive Feedback: 100.0%
Members who left a positive: 4
Members who left a negative: 0
All positive feedback received: 5

Only shows unique feedback, one from each each member. Notice it says:

Members who left a positive: 4

But the total says:

All positive feedback received: 5

Thanks Bill, but my concerne is about my Trader Rating: (4). I thought it would show all my feedbacks, no?

No it only shows unique feedback. Meaning, you have duplicate feedback from one member, it only shows one of them. The TR shows how many different members you have dealt with. It's set up like Ebay, they do the same.
