Hi all, I really need some feedback on my site, also I am having a really hard time driving traffic to it, I have tried all the ffl's and added to google etc as well as using submit wolf and a few other submit programmes, I cant afford proper advertising so does anyone have any tips for me please!

i dont like it i dont like the layout

took me a while to find the enter link the yellow text clashes

the page transitions are very slow

and anyone use anything less than 1028x1024 will find it hard to scroll up and down the page

Hmmm, I like your original approach to the design concepts... however there are a few things I would like to suggest:

First - The navagation on the site is very poor. Most (if not all) users will notice the difficulty in navagating throughout your site and will immediatly click off of it.

Secondly - The iframes that you are using to display text is not a good idea in such small areas. It's artistic, but not professional or practical.

Lastly - The text is very unproffesional. Using ".::" or whatever it is that you use around your links and headings, is just sloppy looking.

Overall I'd rate it a 2 out of 5. Mostly the creativity is your strong point.

Well I have to say that I like the first page of the site, minus the iframe to the left. Text is too big, and you have to scroll in order to finish a sentence. After that, it seems to go downhill (a bit...). The color scheme changes, to an awful one I may say, and not only is that many iframes on a page confusing, but just downright small for each one. It has great potential...you make a great imression with the first page, but then lose it during that transition.

If I were you I'd keep with the enter page as the layout make the lil area beside the blade animation your links and then send it to the grey box and then matching the peach tones to the background color with a 20+ or 40+ luminance of the background color. As far as the image goes overlay it and make it appear to match. scrollbars should match the background color. Lose the counter lose the swap shop. make a links out page for that or something. Either way stick with the enter page as your layout and it might be more appelaing

the first page is really nice, but imho its all spoiled in the next pop-up window. why the pop-up and then the change of theme and colours? sometims it works and other times it just doesnt, i think you should stick with the firts pages theme and drop the pop-ups..

For the front page take their word for it. The main site rainbow color is really hard on the eyes. I suggest chaning it.

I like the movement of the top left splash animation very eye catching. It caught my attention right away. But I do have to agree the color scheme is a little bite brown and pukey.

i dont like the brown collors, and it was hard to find the enter button, actually non-iframe compatible browsers wont be able to get in! you should make a button

i like the original idea but the site does need to be reviewed. he are just a couple of point i noticed

i like the little animation but i dont like it being on repeat

the enter button should be visible without having to scroll

if you are going to make such a strong then then try to stick with it throughout.

sorry if i sounded negative as i have only just started myself and i no it is hard. i really do like the original look. hope you get what you want.

AAAHHH my eyes!!!! lol I like the first page, but after that it goes downhill. And that rainbow thing.... no comment
needs alot of work, and did you try putting the metaname= crap at the top of yout source in the head tags... i forgot to look at source for your page and dont feel like looking again, but the meta stuff is what search engines look for so put the meta keyword= and then add ekywords and all that good stuff. Lok on someone elses site to see an example

i decided to get you an example... here it is
<meta name="KEYWORDS" content="pdas, pda, handhelds, handheld computers, portables, portable computers, gpl, postnuke stuff, open source, pda links, pda reviews, pda hardware, pda software, pda faqs, home networking faqs, xbox live reviews tutorials tips, routers, xbox work arounds, photoshop tutorials, sell your pda, buy a pda, buy pda stuff, accessories, avant go, linux reviews, linux news, linux experiments, web design, postnuke themes, cool portals, autotheme">
<meta name="DESCRIPTION" content="Technology News, PDA News, Reviews, Article Submissions, Downloads and much more">

This is from a pda website on a diferent forum, and as you can see, he put the keywords in the metaname="keywords" tage in order for the search engines to see his site. I suggest that you do the same, except with different keywords of course.. lol
hope this helps
