Uses: As you stated in can be used in real estate or for say featured listings on ebay etc.

Value: I'm gonna say mid $xxx to low $x xxx. I might be a little off on that one.

Nice name. The only thing that bothers me is the fact that it isn't regged in some other extensions like .net or .info or .co.uk .

In some way I don't think an enduser would pay a lot for the name due to the fact there are alternatives for a name like this .

Value, resell, high xx, low xxx, imho.

I think the domain has very good potential, and thus resell value.
Depending on how you market it, I say it could anywhere between $300 and $1500.
