Drop this one and get a refund if you can; 'realtor' is trademarked by the National Association of Realtors and they actively protect it and pursue infringements. They're not nasty to begin with (I've dealt with them personally over this) so if you drop the name right away there'll be no probs.
Sorry about that. Still a lot of good dot.com's with 'realtor' in them, but there's a good reason for that :)

Realty and real estate are OK, it's only the word 'realtor'. As far as having legal use of a realtor name if you are a realtor yourself, I don't know what, if any, process you need to go through, but I expect you can find out pretty easily by googling the NAR and looking around or emailing them directly. Or call up a local realtor, maybe they will know :)

Copy that, thanks for looking out for me. I will sell it to a realtor and let them deal with it :)

I'm pretty sure Realtors are allowed to use the word REALTOR in their domain name. I worked on a Realtor's website before and I remember reading some information about how they were allowed to use the term in regards to domains.

One thing I seem to recall is that they couldn't imply in their domain that that they were better than other Realtors (like 'BestRealtor.com' etc). I don't know if that would apply here.

Good sounding domain none-the-less, I hope you're able to find a legit end user for it.
