What kind of script would be used to setup a site the fastest? Like php Nuke? or some PPC script? Please I just want to get another site up and running as fast as possible.

it doesn't really matter to me what kind of site it is as I will purchase the domain after I see all the possiblities. I'm looking to make something along the lines of a gaming site/forums that generates money via google. Any suggestions?

Well there are so many different cms (content managing systems, phpnuke as one of them) for different kind of sites. Thats why I was asking what kind of site.
