Well.. the way you appraised SellMillionPixels.com, I should be mean and say some things to you aswel like you did to me, but I wont. The domain is not that special. I think you might get reg fee - mid xx.

anyways I usually give "worst case" values in appraisals, I dont think giving inflated values make any good.
