Fake Pagerank detector is giving errors

Tried to use the fake page rank detector and received this error:

It shows if the pagerank for a domain is real. There's ways the fake your pagerank, for instance making it appear as a PR4 when it's really a PR0. This tool shows you if the PR is real or fake.
