I am looking for a faceparty type site, I am looking for a quality site which must incoporate the following

1. To be able to take payments from members after they have sent a alloted amout of messages, with visa/maestro/switch/paypal

Are you looking at 100% development... as indo you already have a designer and you just need the code or are you looking for full development?

Also is there any preference in the language you would like the site coded in, an finally the time scale youre looking at?
