Facebook sues MaxBounty: Claims all messages on Facebook regulated by CAN-SPAM

Facebook seems to be on the rool, first sueing domain owners with the word "book" in the domain name, then with "face" and now they are going after affiliate networks. Is case is interesting as it could have a major impact on blog, social networks, forums....

when FB going to sue MySpace ? for copy their ideals...oh myspace born born FB .. This is ridiculous
