I assume your system maintenance had to do with the new security measures. I've been waiting for over ten minutes for the email with my PIN, and have NO access to my account. Moreover, I have my own scheme of passwords, and don't appreciate being told how I can set them. So I'm taking my several thousand domains to another registrar. A company that prevents me immediate access to MY account, without notice, is not one I can use. Thanks anyway.

I'm sitting here waiting for my PIN, too. When a message states an e-mail has been sent, it should have been sent. Maybe should have given the option to log in while waiting.

Still waiting.

Been half an hour now . . . starting to get an ugly feeling . . ..
