Zero I'm afraid. I would consider a grace delete if you can.
But this should be posted in Appraisals I think.

Ok, i accept your opinion. But please tell me, why they are so worthless? What is the main problem with them?

The main problem is that nobody would buy them.

The 0 doesn't do well when in the position of an o, the before keywords is just an easy way to register said keyword again, lowering the price by quite a bit.

Only value I can see is development of StripperSeeker, but that's such a small niche I doubt it would work.

Grace delete or drop them when renewal comes up.

A big thanks for it ;)

I think f0otball.com is not a bad domain. With a logo like this or with which I put it on ebay, It is very brandable and both kind of football are the sport of millions of people.

The other domain, l-0-l.com looks great at first glance. And it can be read as 101 or lol, both are good words for a particular purpose.

Thats my opinion :) ;)

And why do you think TheRoomSeeker.com is not good? It doesnt contain any number and i think its good for a room/sublease/accomodation site. And its brandable. And contains good keywords. What is the problem with it? Please help me!

RoomSeeker.com isn't in business, so end user won't lose business to them, but might lose mails. Also, when someone likes your idea and can purchase RoomSeeker ...

A "the" before some keywords isn't good. You let the visitor know you are the second one in the market.
Not that it doesn't have any value... But say RoomSeeker has a value of mid $xxx then you're looking at mid to low $xx for this domain. And I think it would be low

f0otball.com - Football.com is an established website. Your domain is considered typosquatting and may end up in you having to deal with an ICANN dispute or having to show up in court, if the owner of football.com decides to take legal action.

But the word "football" is not a brand. It is a word for a sport that billions of people love. Not a trademark nor a brand. Do i think wrong?

I dont want to bully nor to be a legal shark but the complete layout+name+logo+colors all together is a trademark. But only a similar name which is a common word "football" cannot be a trademark. With this logic every similar name (my..., the..., best...) could be a trademark hurting.

Indeed. The TM stands for "Football.com" in those colors and fonttype...
But, if you look too simular, you're still in trouble.
So stay away from black, red, white, that fonttype or simular and the catchphrase "Everything Football" or simular.

You registered f0otball.com while football.com has a live trademark on it. You can keep the domain if you want but it's a legal dispute in the making IMO. I feel as if it would be considered a bad faith registration because you want to profit from the sell of it, it's a typo of football.com, and can easily be confused as such if you happened to develop it into a football/sport-related website.

"Bad faith registration is a legal term laid out in the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) established by ICANN in 1999. UDRP outlined the process for trademark holders to fight against domain squatting. UDRP was the first globally enforced policy to fight domain squatting, and also one of the first policies instituted for deliberation in the court proceedings.

A domain that is registered and being used โ€œin bad faithโ€ can be defined in one of four waysโ€ฆ

  • Domain registration with the sole intention of selling to a competitor for a higher rate (like domain squatting as listed above).
  • Domain name registration in an attempt to block the trademark holder from registration if they show a history of registration practices.
  • Domain registration in an attempt to disrupt a trademark holderโ€™s business dealings
  • Domain registration in an attempt to confuse or attract customers from a competing business
While these are the four primary defined cases of a โ€œbad faith registrationโ€, this definition has been used far more loosely in legal proceedings involving trademark infringement."

Thank you for the warning and i see what you mean. But i think my case is not the "bad faith" case. Bad faith when I register for example "heyneken.com" or "mikrosoft.com" and hope that somebody mispell the original name. F0otball.com can be an own, unique brand with the character "0" in the logo shown as a ball or a stadium result screen zero (nil). The catchphrase can also contain that zero, for example: " we lead one-nil". I think it is clearly not a bad faith. What do you think?
