Anyone know much about eye dust? I'd never heard of it until I saw this name (it expired within the last couple hours), apparently it's a fad just catching on. Already some up and coming google:
Results 1 - 10 of about 20,200 for "eye dust".
Some sites are really pushing it, for example:
http://www.medusasmakeup.com/eyedust.htm

If you know anything about it, you might value it better than I could. When I saw it as a fresh expired, I just thought of that crap you have in your eyes when you wake up after a wild night in the hot tub with the handcuffs, strippers, and... but I digress, and I'm sure you're not interested in hearing about me. When I googled and found it was a makeup product, thought I'd better scoop it up. The plus is, it seems like a general product (like eye shadow, eye liner, etc.), and not a brand name.
Thanks for any help.

:)

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
.US domains.US domains
eyedust.com

.net .org .info .biz .us all available

.com reg and dropped as you said

seems to be a name for eye shadow with glitter in it

very poor google ads are served up with a search of "eye dust" poor in both quanity(3) and quality(ebay, bizrate).

"Loose Eye Dust. Opalescent powder to accent facial and body areas"

google search for "eye dust" 20,000

No Trademarks on this, cool !

Very difficult to appraise because the google ads on this suck, and nobody has ever reg the .net on this. BUT it really does appear to be a term a fair amount of people use to discribe glittered eyeshadow. So there is value. I would go very low xxx

Thx John
It could be the very beginning stage of something that takes off (you know how girls and teenies love their sparkly stuff), or it could be a flash in the pan that never was. I get the feeling I'll hold on to this for about 2 years, and if nothing's happened with the eye dust market by then and there's no traffic to the dn, it'll be safe to dump the name.

thanks for your research and input

:santa:

Entering this thread is the first time I've heard about eye dust, so it seems to be an upcoming fad like you've said.

As it stands, there isn't much Google or search volume results for 'eye dust', so there isn't really much value right now. It's one of those investment type domains where it will take a while for the value to increase, but if this catches on, you could be sitting on a $XXXX domain, or maybe even more.

Right now though, there isn't much interest relating to eye dust. Like you suggested, wait a while and see where it went. The resale value right now though isn't much.
