This domain was purchased about 2 months ago. There is a site developed on it geared towards the gaming (online games), clan (gamer group) community.

Currently about 200 Uniques a month.

Let me know what you think its worth.

I think it very much depends if you are willing to pro-actively market to that market or not.

It's not easy. I have ut2k4.com and utleague.com and to get people there, you MUST be entrenched in that game market. Plus you'll be competing against some huge well established orgs, like ClanBase (1 million+members).

For me, I would consider buying it, but prob. at Reg fee + $5

If you have a larger, more active community, then it's not so much the domain that becomes value, its the member base.

Just my opinion, hope this helps.

Not interested in selling it, I have plans to continue developing it. The whole setup is worth 300+ (including like the vbulletin license + skin and etc.). Thanks for your opinion though

Your right.. the vblicense and the creative development all play a factor in the selling price. Might want too try it on ebay..
dev'd sites generally hold a higher resale value. Goodluck.

Not really interested in selling it, just wanted to see what people think its worth. IF i was to sell it, I wouldn't let it go for less then 350 for the whole setup. The vbulletin has some extra hacks and etc., all that takes time. I already had a offer of a little over 300 for the whole setup, but i have full intentions on keeping it running in the future.
