Please see below. The domain has been parked at park for a couple of weeks. ot it from tdnam. Income no more that a couple of cents. Your learned advice would be great.

My firm represents XR, LLC (“XR”), which is the operator of www.extremerestraints.com and registrant of EXTREME RESTRAINTS, United States Trademark Registration No. 3148015 (the “Trademark”). Your registration and use of the domain name, www.extreme-restraints.com, violates XR’s Trademark. XR aggressively protects its Trademark and I am authorized to institute ICANN proceedings to have domain name transferred to XR. I would rather work amicably on the transfer outside formal proceedings, but XR will not hesitate to institute all administrative and legal proceedings necessary to secure the domain name.

Debatable. At this point, it's up to you to decide how important that domain is
to possibly resist the other party's claims.

Personally I'd work with the lawyer, but that's just me.

The ICANN proceedings he speaks of are through the WIPO at a cost of $1,500 for one panelist and $4,000 for three. So they may or may not move forward.

The unwritten rule in online adult entertainment is that you can usually use trademarked terms in domains as long as you are an affiliate of the said company and promoting only that company on the domain.

You clearly are in violation here and will lose the domain if they move forward. So just give it up and make things easier on everyone. You can ask for your reg fee if you want and probably get it, but I'm not sure how they would react to a request to become an affiliate at this point.
