a rollover effect on the menubar would look brilliant in my opinion

it looks like on the gallery, you have just used the standard pics and used html to change the size? i was advised against this, because it doesn't actually alter the filesize, meaning not good for your bandwidth, download speeds, and also capped broadband users may not be too happy..... just a tip, try saving a thumbnail in photoshop aswell as the full size pic

Flash banner looks great! Try changing the text color from black to a light or dark blue, and maybe you should use a different font.

I like the design and layout, but would agree that a rollover effect would be a nice touch on the menu. I like the contrast between the blue of the site and the green flash logo.

Your title tag does not reflect what page the user is on. Also the small images on the top under the title need to have text links and be larger. I like the movement of the header and the coour scheme, perhapps you could have a different animation for each page?

You have no META description or keywords. There isn't too much content on your site, and search engines are fond of content. You could make your logo a link too.

Do you really need a "welcome" image on each page above the name of the page, like "about us"? Maybe you could have a different image there... reflecting what page you are on.

I'm not too fond of the payment column on page: http://www.extasysworkshop.com/services.html where the text is not the same format and it overflows onto the border.

I like it - But Really think it should be centered in the viewing area ... Also - The forum looks nice , but The difference in colors between the two (Main Site and Forum) seem to be a bit of a drastic change - If they are to be networked together ... A gradual Blend or change would seem more fitting. Overall Pretty nice though
