To me, the problem with these names is that they are rather vague and general. Export reviews for what? Export option for what?

How are these domains going to really help a business?

thank you accelerator
my thoughts for export reviews was the review of export
you know there are many reviews sites for business fields
like fore reviews.com...stockreviews.com...tradereviews.com..

If you Google "export reviews", you'll find no AdWords ads come up. That is a sign that the term is not that valuable for advertising, and unfortunately for you, that is reflected in the potential sale price of the domain.

Export of what though, and which country(s)? Countries export many things, so the domain is generic and doesn't focus on one thing. That's not necessarily a bad thing as the site could review (ie) all major exports. But that aside, what would you "review" based on export? Figures, total items exported, problems, geo info etc? This is a tiny niche either way, and so potential buyers are very limited and so price likely low as a result.

You might flip it for $20-30 or so to another domainer who thinks they can sell it (or someone who has an end user who wants it) but more likely you either won't sell it or won't get more than $10.
Hope you do though, Good luck :)

thanks james
i didnt know that export site must be too spesific!!
because there are so many export sites ...exportsite.com
exportcorporation.com
exportnow.com
and many other sites
are these sites too generic?

with this we can consider the name export.com has no value because its too generic

export field is international field doesnt belong to any country in specific

and by the way i have worked alittle bit in the import feild and i dont think they focus in the specific names like ..export cars..export clothes
most export sites working in many things and it would be problem for them if their site names are too specific in one or two things...

For any domain, you have to ask yourself these 2 questions

1) What business you can run out of this (and make money)
2) Can that business survive of its own (on this model alone)

If you have aced these questions, your name is in good standing, otherwise not.

exportcars.com
exportcomputers.com
exportphones.com
these domains are still in the selling list no offers yet
thats because its hard to find too specific export company in one or two things its very hard...exportcameras.com still available for 10$

i have worked with export and import company that has an office in china and office in egypt and offices in many other countries so its international field...

I think the issue with "export reviews" is that it's not a major consumer advertising term. There's no great business advantage to a particular export company owning this domain, it is not a high traffic term. The companies build up their business through reputation and service, they can't use high traffic internet terms because they don't exist.

The other problem is that there are many, many export- alternative names a company could choose. You do not have "the" high traffic term, because there is no high traffic term to own.

That's why this domain will be hard to sell, but good luck anyway.

Good point about 'consumer advertising' - who are the consumers/customers of export companies, other importers - which are a handful. Not to dilute the point there, they would just have some name, and about 4/5 pages and that is it. No need of any reviews. Customers do not buy anything from export companies.

ExportOption - cannot be possibly a company name with word 'option'

to me the problem is with the reviews sites.. many reviews sites end up as pay per click or affiliate sites which they dont have big budget to invest in domains..i put the domain in the professional appraisals section and it was appraised from 50 to250$ ...but i wanted to know more opinions..but reviews sites are still good in my opinion.. i see even restroomreview.com sold lately for 500$....

as for what consumers buy from export sites?
i worked a little bit with export company and i can say no buy and sell in export field nor many other fields ...there are many export companies make export services that serve in many other related fields.

as for export option i see some names end with option sold for xxxx in sales history like bitcoinoption.com and many domains end with option are taken like stockoption.com...forexoption.com...tradeoption.com... businessoption.com.... but i am not sure about exportoption.com but any way i will see what will happen with these names ..and thank you very much for taking time

I can only see value for exportoption.com if there was some sort of affiliate marketting linking to Chinese exporters etc. but I don't even know if that exists.
