Exporting multiple HTML files from a spreadsheet?

OKAY, so I have this huge spreadsheet in Excel. Over 10,000 items. I've been looking for some way to include it in a shopping cart or database but no realistic solution has been found. Then I came to realize that I don't really NEED something so automatic. If I could just export multiple pages (all linked together...say by letter or artist) from the one spreadsheet program; it wouldn't be that difficult to simply replace and re-upload it when the inventory is updated.
SO...does anybody know a program or script or method or anything that could lead to the export of multiple (hopefully customizable) HTML or otherwise webpages?
Any help on the topic appreciated...
