In literary studies, "explication" has very specific meaning and use; for example, when one explicates a poem, one is analyzing the parts, the meaning, and structure of the poem, so the word is used quite a bit in college English/writing classes.

If you were to develop this domain, it would be a niche domain that would probably not make a lot revenue.

You could always try to sell it to a college writing teacher or a even a school, although the .info TLD weakens it.
