Expiry deletion question, confusing

why is this name taking so long to delete
it expired few months ago but network solutions is holding on to it for more than 1 year. no obvious reason, is a 3 char name nothing special or restricted
and is in redemption the owner did not pay to renew
this expiration period is false as the name has already expired


other 3 char names expire and drop after 3 months
