What is the process of deleting .TV domains? Do they have to follow the same process for .com .net .org extension?

Please advise,
Em

I am fairly certain they go back to .tv corporation, but you can read about it more on www.tv.

.tv gives a 45 days grace period before the domain goes into redemption after the expiration date. The domains stays in redemption for approximately 30 days. At the end of the redepemtion period the domain goes into pending delete for 5 days and on the 6th day it is released to the public.
Hope this helps.

You mean they actually drop like they should. If so, I am changing my focus.

briman,

depends on the domain name. Most if not all premium names go back to the registry directly.

Does not Depend on the domain the domain drops and Is avail to register. If it was a premium obviously it can only be regged at www.tv but it has still dropped.
