I've been a member of the ExpiredDomains.com site for some time, receiving daily emails containing expired lists. As of several weeks ago, they seem to have vanished. The automated emails I receive every day contain NO data. I can no longer log into my account at the site.

I've emailed them at least six times, I've submitted several "Tickets" at their site, and have received absolutely NO reply from them whatsoever. Needless to say I'm disgusted, but the point of this post is not to complain. I'm just wondering if anyone else here is experiencing the same, or if it's something specific to my account. Thanks!

I did hear once from them, they said they were having "serious problems" with their database and that they were hoping it would be fixed soon. The next day my automated emails stopped completely and I haven't been able to log into my account. *shrug* Hopefully it'll be fixed soon, but...

Wait... You guys pay for these lists and you dont even get them? That is basically a scam.

ripley: Thanks! At least I know it's not just me.

Robert Allen: Not a scam by any means -- I've received many months of good service. It's just recently that they are MIA.

irishmat: Thanks, I'm aware of that. There are reasons I prefer to purchase this subscription.

I am also locked out.

I did some checking, and all of my support questions were replied to by Max, as in Max Rali, the CEO ([email protected]). Guess he got tired of always having "serious problems" and decided to enjoy Italy or something.

"always" having serious problems? I take it this isn't the first time?

This has happened at least twice before, just not as bad.

Hmm... In Max Ralli's own words:

And I want to mention -- it's not the downtime that bothers me. We all know things can go wrong with even the best of automated systems. My beef is that nobody at the company seems to care or have the decency to communicate, even after many, many requests. The least they could do is send a "form letter" explanation to all of their clients, just so we're not in the dark, wondering what's going on. We ARE paying customers after all.

I agree. When they finally responded they said they would add a free month to my registration but that took many support tickets and even an email to the address registered at whois. As you said, tech problems can arise. But all I was asking for was the courtesy of an answer about when things would be fixed.

I've had sooo many problems with my account they've added about 4 months of free service to my subscription :hehe:

Anyone else noticed the complete lack of updated databases and lack of service on that site?
I've been with them since they held the service at DomainsBot.com, where it was a very valuable service but now whenever I use their expired/expiring and popular domains search engine they bring up domains that were due to drop from a week before, and in some cases more! Their hot lists are never upto date either! I'll be lucky to see an update to them once a week. That's been going on for months

I hope they manage to sort things out because it started out as being a very good and valuable service.
I've submitted numerous support tickets over the last few weeks and only just got a reply.
They're giving out a serious impression that they no longer care. Its all very well extending our subscriptions but whats the point if the service doesn't actually improve?! :(

I was also locked out ('account inactive'), but they fixed that problem the day before yesterday and apologized for the inconvenience.

After accessing my account, I noticed that most Domain Archive files were empty. I contacted them about this, but have not yet received a reply.
My guess is that they are experiencing serious technical problems and are being flooded with emails.

BTW, I agree that they should send out a bulk info/apology email to their subscribers as soon as possible..

It seems more like a one-man show now...and that person can't keep up, or doesn't care to try. I'm simply tired of it all and will no longer use them.
