how an expire domain effect on a website? Positive and negative both.

Once a domain expires, the website is no longer accessible via the domain and any email addresses using the domain no longer function.
I can't think of any positives to a website of an expired domain.

Thanks Joe123 for your response . I am asking when a domain expire and someone reuse, then how it effect on a new website like shoesperk.com.
