Experience Coder Required (Partnership)

I know this sounds just like Morphs post ( :P sorry) but I have exactly the same problem

I have some amazing ideas, some unique and others with potential to rival existing models. My main problem is that I don't have the time/experience to code very complex sites. I don't see why all the ideas can't be coded in PHP and MySQL , so that is basically the requirements.

I'm not looking for people contacting me offering their services at a price (i.e. - quotes)

I'm looking for someone who is willing to form a "partnership" on these ideas and agree to own a % of the site.

Don't get me wrong, I am dedicated to everything I do, so I will input where ever I can, but I am looking for a "partner" who can assist me with many sites, not just a one off and be as dedicated as myself.

So basic requirements:

English speaking
PHP
MySQL
MSN Messenger
any thing else wouldn't hurt
