I made a very good website which gets decent traffic and adsense income. Just yesterday I got two offers and now I am debating what should be the asking price. The site has few original articles and doing very well in terms of targeted visitors. How much should I ask for? Right now the offer is in low xxx.

I would definitely accept this offer in the low $xxx range but then again I dont know how much Adsense income it is bringing in. Nice Noomle website. Where is the traffic coming from and how much traffic does it get as I don't see it ranked in the first 5 pages on Google or Yahoo for "Exhaust Fan" keyword search.

Traffic is coming from Search engine only and most of it brought in by google. On an average based on adsense data (I do not have analytics on) it attracts roughly 70-100 impressions and pretty decent income. I would say in a span of year it recovered it renewal fees (@regular rate not @99c) multiple times.

Also it has been in the past on 1st page of yahoo but not on google. When it was on 1st page of yahoo, there was decent spike in impressions. I have stopped doing active link building due to having lots of domains. All articles are unique and site is listed in noomle directory which is considered reputed one with good pagerank. If you ask me I simply love noomle.
