The Domain Appraisal Forum is actually only for domains that you own. For domains that you don't own, you could try the Domain Discussion Forum near the top of the Namepros homepage. I don't know whether or not you own that name, I'm just guessing.
Did you see that domain on my available names list? It would make a nice one

Also, be careful if you post names that you might want to register...someone might get them before you.

I noticed that name is still up for grabs! I don't grab others' ideas, but a lot of people will, so make sure to not list a name unless you own it... unless you want to make it a gift to someone!
As far as valuating: It has some good key words to it, but is so long and tongue-and-tooth-involved to say (and spell), I don't get any feeling of value from it.
