HI, I have had this domain since 2003 with the intent of developing it. I am now thinking about selling the domain but am not sure. What sort of value would you put on it if I where to sell it?

It seems too generic to me. Development would give it a "meaning"/niche (backlinks, collectibles, clothes, etc).
As it is, I would say mid $xx.
