Read More.XNT Ltd. is an international investment services company based in Malta. They registered the EXANTE mark in various jurisdictions, and some of these marks are being challenged or in the process of being canceled, e.g. in the UK.
The company filed a UDRP to usurp the domain Exante.com from UnitedHealth Group Incorporated, a company that holds the domain by means of a corporate acquisition of Exante Bank in 2002. The Respondent held trademarks that included the EXANTE mark in the US and which were later canceled or not renewed.
