just regged this name from another drop list. Students often look for their exam times online so i think this is a good name to have.

Yes, a simple interface for schools/teachers to upload their exam schedules, for any school anywhere, would be an ideal use for this name. Too bad the singular is taken (even though the plural makes more sense for the use of the name).
But it's a valuable service, and if dev'd right would get a lot of traffic to your site since it's that demographic that uses the net so much. IMO very worthwhile to put a little time and $ into some even simple development along these lines, with a little hip art to make it more attractive to the student bodies. I think the resultant traffic would make it well worth the effort, especially since it's such a clear name with a no-brainer meaning; anyone looking at it would know exactly what the inside content would/should be.
Undeveloped - clear meaning, valuable usage to a large and relevant market, and large potential for making nice ancilliary traffic income from related adsense and possibly sponsors on the site, so I'll give it a healthy estimate of around
mid to high xxx for resellers and end users alike, more of course if they really want to run with it. I'm only giving it a high value because it has such a clear meaning and memorability; but there are a lot of similar names still left at reg fee, and a lot of extensions still available for all of these (including yours) so that I wouldn't ask too high a price for this one... easy to grab examTimes.net for reg fee and develop the heck out of it for minimal cash, than to use up all that budget simply buying the dot.com.
But I think you'd see a lot more success with it, and provide a nice service, with a little dev'ing.

I think the best thing for me to do is develop it. I dont think there is a site out there like that idea so i think that would be quite successful. I have written a few emails to the exam bodies and see if they would be interested in providing content for the site

If you don't do developing all by yourself, you might go to GetaFreelancer.com, which has an excellent and safe interface for hiring and paying; We use them extensively and you'll get great work by international experts for great prices. So many of them have developed their own templates and software for this kind of thing so it's virtually a snap to give them the specs and have them build your site. Be sure to read anyone's reviews/ratings before hiring.
Personally, I'd categorize examTimes by school name alphabetically, and have anyone be able to sign up, then upload exam times according to school name/city. That keeps your end more simple... rather than, say, organizing by country/state or province/city/school, which would be a ton of work to set up.
A great service, and then the auto adsense for school-related anything would be very appropriate and I think successful.

thanks for that referral. i actually use that site aswell as there are a lot of people from the far east willing to work for low prices and produce excellent work
