I bough examstress.net a while ago and I'm planning on making an information page out of it. What is the domain itself worth? What could it be worth with a site built around it? Thanks

Maybe mid xx after dev. The fact that its not the .com would hurt the sale. Users tend to go to the .com, it may be different where you are if .net is more popular. So .com will already be stealing your traffic. Exam stress is a big thing for college bound folk so maybe there is a bigger market if its developed right.
