If the actor wanted his domain, which he has full right to since its his name, you would have some legal troubles.

I would say to him "Hey friend, you can register domains from 85, 20 years passed, you ahve remembered it now? Reg and .info and be happy"
Just joking! Hope i won't have such problems

If the actor allows the name to be yours and/or someone else's, I'd say low XXX max as his name isn't exactly well known.
