EV1 down for the count?

I've noticed the following message on EV1Servers.net for the past few months:

"EV1Servers' domain registration system is temporarily offline. At the moment, we are unable register new domains or process transfers."

Does anyone know if and when they'll open this service again? Aside from the interface, I've had no complaints with EV1.

They've become ICANN accredited and have been working on a new system offering domains. I don't think they've said when its expected to be ready.
