There are over 1 million .eu registrations... that's one of the four ccTLD's that have reached something of that magnitude.

If you do not develop the site, I would say no more than around $20-30 but if you develop it, you could possibly sell for around $100-200 since it is a .com.

However, it makes sense that a website selling EU domains would use the .eu extension. So...
