since a while there is a possibillity to reg .eu domain.
What do u think of it. Sell it be worth a lot?

Well, depends on where you are. If you're located in Europe, then you can participate in the landrush for the name. .eu is going to offer two sunrise periods (for trademark holders and companies located in Europe) and then a landrush for all European residents.

There are already a few registrars offering a .eu pre-reg service, and I've no doubt we'll see more of them doing so as the launch of the TLD approaches. The registry is having all the company and trademark info vetted by PriceWaterhouseCooper, so if you want to register in the sunrise period, best set yourself up with a European LLC (of questionable repute, but you'll see a lot of people doing it) through one of any number of companies offering such services. If you're going for the landrush, you'll need a European address.

If hoping to register .eu names to sell, bear in mind that you are restricted in the reg agreement from transfering the name to an entity that does not meet the registration requirements for .eu. How the registry will address that in the final documentation remains to be seen.
