EU invoicing compatible parking company?

I am looking for a parking company from EU (except SEDO) that has a compatible EU invoicing (TAX ID on the invoice and, of course, listed here http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/).

I am not interested in non-EU parking companies, so no Bodis and other US or Asian parking companies

Also, no off-shore companies including Gibraltar, thank you.
