Is there any company that offers .eu dropcatching? I have searched Google but to no avail.

Pool.com does it...

... but it's really tough to succeed because there is no set schedule on when a domain is actually re-released. Yes, the day is usually known but the specific time is not which makes it more difficult to catch.
