EURid? :) Seriously though, that kind of data would probably be worth a fair bit of money and those that have such lists might not want to release them on a site. Some of the .eu domain listing sites I've seen only have a few (sometimes less than 400) domains listed. It might be an interesting exercise to figure out how many domains will drop.

As far as I know no. And there is no zone file access program available to my knowledge. You will have to compile your own lists of domains to monitor.
PS: you may have noticed that the list of dropping .be domains is no longer available too.

The number of dropped/quarantined .eu domains would be upwards of 3000 per month. Some months would be higher depending on the mix of compliance detection by the five smurfs EURid employs in its compliance department. These people would have to detect fraudulent registrations and from the results to date, EURid would be better off hiring a few monkeys and let them throw darts into a printout of .eu domains.

The estimate above is based on tracking upwards of 77% of .eu domains.

Not sure yet. But it could be a few weeks before dropped .eu domains become available again. They have a 40 day quarantine period before being actually deleted.

I've got a list of over 2M .eu domains here - perhaps I should go over to the dark side and publish the whole thing. ;)

indeed not sure, quick google resulted in http://www.dropped.eu/ (german only)
I think that that site dealt with the mini-landrushes rather than the upcoming drops. (Though my knowledge of German is not that good.) To build a good drop site, you'd need
a number of .eu registrars (about 10K Euros a time but the morons in Eurid don't check if they only exist on paper) and a good list of targets. Indeed Snapnames, Pool/Enom, Nameintelligence have all set up phantom .eu registars. So the second act of the morons in Eurid betraying the people of Europe is about to begin.

Best I've seen, and they have the most resources available:

www.realtime.at

Bidding system in place however, with an anti-snipe system -- so it's tricky and you'll definitely pay a price to get the top names.

Snapnames has approximately 32 .eu phantom registrars.
Enom has approximately 35 .eu phantom registrars.
NameIntelligence has approximately 21 .eu phantom registrars.

So far only realtime.at has been active. Jay Westerdal (Name Intelligence/domaintools.com) and Ray King (ex-CEO Snapnames) have used eight UK front companies to register tens of thousands of .eu domains. Most of them seem to be parked or hidden. Enom apparently used a German legal firm as a front operation to register .eu domains. Momentous.ca used an Irish front company. Marchex used an Irish front company and has thousands of .eu domains registered.

Actually it is closer to 200K. The number of new registrations a day is about 2000 or so. The peak was about 2.6M domains. Though by Tuesday, as many as 1M domains could have dropped. It might not be that bad or it could be worse. :)
