Luxembourg is home of lots of Crypto startups. The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is using Ethereum to add an extra layer of security to their official documents. They can now store a document's digital signature in the blockchain.

Almost all of top country domains are booked.

One crypto in a limited sales history extension will be a difficult sell.

I would try pitching it to any Luxembourg Crypto companies for low $xxx and see if any will bite.
