I'm trying to come up with a base line formula for what a generic key word domain may earn.
Google Adwords Traffic Estimator estimates these exact keywords will generate 93-119 clicks per day.
Keyword Discovery shows 116 searches for these exact keywords (many more for variations).
Does anyone have a good way to estimate the number of clicks for a well optimized parked page for a domain of these exact keywords?
I don't own this domain, but I'm considering buying it and this info will help me calculate the value.
