Realistically how much can I get (the unhyphanated domain is parked) as I'm beginning to post but will soon change the look and add more content/contributors.. The base value was $1K is it worth continuing?

Ah the other page is not parked but not seem top be updated since 2013. I installed a blog. I've now changed the look/remade it and wonder whether to bother building it up. I might use a content feed. Not sure atm.

Estibot is not an accurate tool. Do not base your registrations based on their appraisal value.

Quite frankly, Out of curiosity, I'll use the Estibot tool once in a blue moon. Never would I even consider it as tool judge how much any name would go for.

Free Valuator says 1860 Euros...

I guess it all comes down to the right buyer at the right time, combined with actual need. No estibot in the Universe can calculate that
