Mmm, neither. What comes to mind from this is maybe fencing / gates for an estate? Security orientated business, that maybe provides steel products, for estates. Something along the lines of "estate solutions" would be awesome, or estate gates / steel gates would be an improvement. Alternatively, a "home gates" would be pretty nice (covering more than just a steel product specifically, expanding the scope of the business). Overall, you'd be describing the use better, than saying "steel". Just wouldn't be as helpful, IMO

I agree with jhm here. Pretty detailed.
RealEstateSteel may go for low to mid-XXX if you get lucky but not worth the effort. Put it for sale and forget.
