I thought this was a decent name, put it on auction at Sedo.com Great Domains Auction 1st month reserve set at $1000 no bids, second month reserve set at $1 still no bids, lol Maybe just an off month?
Any input appreciated

Sorry, I was trying to be constructive, ask yourself why a buyer would purchase that domain name. That might explain the lack of offers.
Establishments even in the .com would not sell for much and you have the .net

Lol, post spamming? Maybe you should be a little less sensitive. I asked you a valid question that was meant to help you have a better understanding of the value of the domain name.

This type of domain had very little enduser value. Of coarse we can all come up with a few ideas for the domain name. But is it really worth spending a G to get the name. No in my opinion.
Yes it's a decent name but just too generic for my liking.
Being a .net might have something to do with the "no bids" too.
I'd value it at low $xxx as-is

I hunderstood that he was saying that the name dosn't have pontential value for an end user. If you give us an idea of a good website that could use the name, we may see more value.

I agree, even being a 1 word .net, there is no realdevelopment potential in this name.

The singular would be slightly better imo

You get get a couple of hundred from a domainer for it

If you check, it was regged in 2004 but nothing from about 2005 onwards, that must give you an indication
