I am selling http://hostlookup.info which is a hosting directory I started a couple of months ago!
It now has 138 hosts in the search directory and 3 paid banner spots at $25 a month. Next payment in July. You can add any banners anywhere you like, including affiliate banners or even fill the directory with affiliate links (which I haven't done). All listings were manually submitted by individual hosting companies!

The site admin area is very easy to operate. Includes a paypal shopping cart!
Annual hosting for this site is available for an extra charge of $100.00 USD, otherwise, youll be responsible for moving the site before June 1st
