I am wanting offers on 2 auto related Websites which are running on one single Google Adsense account.
Let me start out by saying both Websites get a high volume of the traffic from several particular toplists of which they are both on the top of these lists and this must be known to the buyer of the sites so they reaslise that the banners linking to these topsites are an essential part in the continuation of traffic and revenue.
Although a more experiences person may find other ways of bringing in traffic.
The buyer of the sites may be able to optimse the sites SEO wise for better rankings or perhaps sell advertising or whatever to maximise the revenue.
The websites for sale are www.MaxTuning.co.uk and CarShowGirls.net
Now running my own business and a new born on the way i do not have enough time to maintain the websites or focus on increasing the revenue, since running they have brought me in about 350 hundred dollars on a bad month to just under a one thousand dollars on a good which was Feb 2008. Due to not having time or experience to improve the sites i have decided to sell it while its hot.
March 2008 adsense is just under $1000 dollars and we still have a good 10 days left in the month.
This entire Subject of modified cars, tuning and show girls is becoming highly popular worldwide and with the sites being established so long the sites seem to get more and more popular as the months go on.

Current Unique Visitors Per Day = 4000 - 4800
Google Page Rank = 3

8th in Google.co.uk for "Tuning" <-- Single word with 163 MILLION results, brings in a lot of its traffic
7th in Google.co.uk for "modified cars" (13th on google.com)
CARSHOWGIRLS STAISTICS
Current Unique Visitors Per Day = 1100 - 1200
Google Page Rank = 3
Rankings
1st for "Car Show Girls" on Google.com obviously
5th for "Show Girls" out of 18 million results
1st for "Car Show Babes" on Google.com
18th for "Car show models" on Google.com
Now i recently did pay someone 200 quid (about 400 dollars) to engineer Maxtuning and this is what has got
Maxtuning.co.uk ranking 7th in google for "tuning". I beleive this has made maxtuning.co.uk go from
about 1500-1800 unique visitors a month to its current of about 4000 - 4800.
Which has pulled its revenue up from around $30 a day to its current $50-60 a day.
The Maxtuning front page is vital to keeping this ranking im told.
REVENUE DETAILS
Now, Both websites are running on the same adsense

Jan 2008 = $401.97
Feb 2008 = $986.50
Mar 2008 = $962.05 -> so far dated 20th March
Now the thing with the two domains is maxtuning.co.uk gets more than 3 times the traffic of carshowgirls.net and yet both domains generate about 50% of the revenue each, somebody with more knowledge may be able
increse maxtunings revenue to reflect the traffic.
