It's difficult to appraise an 'extension' that has no sales history
The keyword is nice but I don't have a lot of faith in that private subdomain.

.co.nl is not an extension but a subdomain. It is not backed by a registry but operated by the owner of the .co.nl domain. I don't believe in the construction. Maybe a few handful of absolute top quality keywords like shop.co.nl will have a little value, but if you prefix it with an i or an e it is imo worthless.
