I very much doubt you have been getting
"nibbles" on this one ... but nonetheless
it's quite a good escrow-type domain that
rhymes somewhat (between the two words),
and the overall feel of the domain is that
it could offer an expedited escrow service,
and that could be its u.s.p.

It could be used to provide escrow service but Escrow.com is already well known site so I think you could face some problem with this name.

Wow, everyone's so cynical. I agree it may not be worth much, but I've had two email offers (low xxx's) from realtors for mobile signings in Seattle & Texas. As far as Escrow.com, I don't think they do much in the way of real estate, and you can't trademark the word escrow since it's descriptive--so not an issue. Anyway, agree it may not be worth much. Still holding on to it for now.
