EscrowDNS?

Hello,
Not sure if this is the correct forum but how many of you have used EscrowDNS?
I'm about to buy a domain and have been reading up about them, apparently the owner is a member of this forum.
However, after signing up (the registration was terrible, refused to acknowledge me as a UK citizen and insisted I choose a state and 'Zip' code), is now stuck on 'Approval pending'.
I emailed their customer support on Friday evening and have had no response, either through their '24/7 Customer Ticket Support' or through email.

I can't go forward with the domain transfer and only chose EscrowDNS because people had mentioned their quick responses and transfer times.

AFAIK EscrowDNS is temporarily suspended pending obtaining approval to operate in all the US States (or something like that). I suggest you use Escrow.com instead.

Never heard of them. Maybe they are resellers only?
In any case I suppose here you will be able to find plenty of the domain name registrars discussed in here

Go with Escrow.com. I just completed a smooth and easy transaction with them.

Thank you for that. I've still not had a response from them. One of my pet hates is poor customer service, advertising 24/7 responses and not replying for almost 72 hours isn't really good enough.

Stub, according to another forum, the owner posted stating that all services were back up and running about a month ago, fixing that issue.

They work from 9 am to 5 pm Central time, so they'll start in about 1 hour. Ashley from EscrowDNS always gets back to me within less than 30 minutes when I contact them during office hours, try emailing them again in 2-3 hours.

I confirm that they have always been very responsive, prompt replies from support, and never one message was left unanswered, even when asking general questions unrelated to a sale.

Got an email from Ashley first thing this morning.
Guided me through the whole process, just waiting for the seller to transfer the domain.
Fantastic service and therefore I take back my previous posts.
