I am planning on starting a escrow payment system.
Called TheChipBank or some other name if i think of one.
It will be like no other Escrow payment system.
It will accept payments via txt using your credit on your phone as well.
Also it will accept other ways to add funds. Credit card,Paypal,Direct Debit.
I am looking for someone some people who can do eigher PHP, XHTML, SEO to help and code the site i can do HTML,PHP but i won't be able to do it all my self i am not very experianced coder. I could get us a domain when we have the main structure built.
I know it will be hard work. Since i am a studant i have a lot of time to spend on this project.
