Escrow.com uk question?

This is mainly aimed at those based in the uk.

If you use Escrow.com is it straightforward to transfer funds from escrow.com to your uk bank account etc? Do you notify your bank about escrow or is it all handled by escrow.com etc? and what are your experiences on using escrow.com?

I regularly receive payments from Escrow.com to a UK bank account. It usually only takes 2-3 days, and I've had no problems so far. You will need your bank account SWIFT payment details to receive international wire transfers. Once you've added the disbursal method to your account, Escrow will handle the payment for you. Or, you could just get a cheque.

There should be no reason to notify your bank . I used escrow a few times but the bank fees were a nightmare. They were too high and I had to turn to other solutions. You should check out OFX and World First for example.
